Responsibilities:
Accounts payable responsibilities, including new vendor creation (local and foreign), processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system, managing proforma invoices, and AP aging.
Credit card end-to-end and bank reconciliation.
Review and process of employees’ expense and travel reports.
Reporting to tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax/vendors)
Intercompany reconciliation.
Support Month Closing process to Trial Balance.
Support external audit process on a quarterly basis
Miscellaneous Bookkeeping assignments
Requirements:
Certified bookkeeper level 1-2. (level 3 - Advantage)
4-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High-tech company - a must
This is a full-time and on-site position
Good verbal and written skills in English – Must
Strong excel skills.
Experience working with an ERP - Must
Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details.
