We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Controller to join our rapidly growing finance team at a promising, high-growth SaaS company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading essential financial processes as well as innovative initiatives to elevate our financial reporting and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and consolidated reports, while collaborating with external accountants.
Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit.
Stay updated on evolving accounting standards and local tax regulations, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and conducting research on complex accounting matters.
Lead ad hoc projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements:

What you bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA certification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with experience in the high-tech sector.
Previous experience as a Controller/Assistant Controller in at least 2-3 positions within a high-tech company (SaaS startup experience is an advantage).
Proficiency with NetSuite (ERP)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive, hands-on approach, strong self-motivation, quick learning skills, and the ability to work independently.
Fluent English, both written and spoken
