Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and impassioned Senior Software Engineer to join our team responsible for the development of CyberArk’s SaaS products.

As a Senior Developer, you will take a part in development of a complex cross-team platform upgrade project. You will design and implement scalable Python code, collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration, and guide technical discussions and architectural decisions. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, write unit tests, troubleshoot and resolve development issues, mentor junior developers, and ensure project milestones are met on time.

Design and implement new features in CyberArk’s SaaS products.
Collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and ensure good integration.
Guiding technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Conducting code reviews and writing unit tests.
Troubleshooting and resolving development issues.
Mentoring junior developers.
Ensuring project milestones are met on time.
Optimize existing services for scale, cost, and performance.
Be a member of a highly talented cross-functional development team of developers, architects, and QA engineers in an agile-oriented environment.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

3+ years of experience with cloud-based systems in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS – an advantage)
3+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer (Python – an advantage)
The ability to facilitate complex analysis processes, conveying a message, and investigation complex technical issues
The ability to be a team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Experience with a wide range of platforms (Windows, Linux)
Experience with CI/CD best practices and tools (Jenkins, Gradle, Ansible)
Fast learner who is ready to learn new technologies and teach them to others
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills
Great interpersonal relations, team player, self-motivated

Experience with micro-services systems
Experience in optimizing existing services for the scale , cost, and performance
