We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to join our growing International Procurement team. In this fast-paced role you will manage locally sourced demand for TUC in varying stages of maturity. Where required, you will also contribute to multi-region or Global projects with a wide range of stakeholders across the globe.

You will be based in Mumbai, but with the ability to work remotely as part of our hybrid working approach. This exciting role will offer a host of development opportunities as part of a truly global Procurement team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Managing the procurement of certain categories of business services spend for TUC ie., Handle procurement of products, consumables, spares and services related to OE&EHS, Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales and Legal.
Ensuring that the Global Procurement policy, processes etc requirements are met whilst ensuring local business and regulatory needs are met.
Keen focus on customer service.
Optimizing external spend for the business and delivering cost/value/business benefit. Delivering budgeted targets (savings, cash flow, cost reduction depending on business focus) to drive improvements in operating margin and deliver the business’ strategic priorities.
Ensure effective supplier relationship management and governance with supporting KPI’s
Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver improved procurement solutions.
Leading negotiations of complex/high risk contracts, through a range of processes ensuring business requirements are met and risk management strategies in place
Feeding valuable intel and insights into global category plans/strategies
Undertake market analysis to identify new opportunities to drive value
Producing insightful reporting and MI for stakeholders and governance meetings
Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and drive essential behavioural and process change
Influencing and ensuring business compliance to procurement policies and procedures.
Help establish best procurement practices; ensure proper implementation of all policies and procedure.
Assist in executing Procure-to-Pay roadmap that builds the capabilities needed for long-term growth and sustainabilit.

Impact You'll Make:

• Graduate degree & Master’s degree preferably in SCM & Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Non-IT Procurement.
Role & Responsibilities.

• Help establish best procurement practices; ensure proper implementation of all policies and procedures
• Assist in executing Procure-to-Pay roadmap that builds the capabilities needed for long-term growth and sustainability
• Maintain strong relations with vendors, facilitating communication, negotiating contracts, creating vendor standards to ensure targets are met; meet yearly targets of new vendor onboarding
• Review all the PR’s received for correctness and completeness
• Review vendor empanelment documents and collaborate with finance team for timely creation of vendor’s account in vendor tracking software
• Ensure release of PO’s in defined TATs and timely delivery of products and services
• Ensure new vendor information is updated in TRACE and TRACK on monthly basis; maintain and manage all the data records for the purposes of audits
• Share monthly MIS reports with the management
• Ensure compliance to all legal, taxation, ISO27001, CFTC and FCPA requirements
• Conduct regular internal audits and ensure compliance with various statutory standards of the company
