You’ll impact our business’s progress and our ability to balance legal risks with business needs and objectives and contribute directly to our continued success.

Your Impact and Mission
Draft, review, and negotiate various client agreements, including commercial agreements and vendor agreements.
Work closely with Sales, Business, and Operations teams to facilitate deal closure while ensuring legal compliance.
Provide clear risk assessments and practical legal advice to stakeholders across the company.
Consult cross-functional departments, including HR, Finance, Product, R&D, and IT.
Handling various legal matters - corporate, commercial, labour law, data privacy, etc.
Manage potential disputes and litigation matters.

Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
LLB degree and a valid attorney license to practice law in Israel.
2-4 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience.
Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales and technology-related agreements.
Able to understand the company's technology and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations.
Professional maturity as a trusted business partner with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently when needed.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

It can be a great plus if you have:

Experience as in-house counsel at a hi-tech company.
AdTech or digital marketing experience.
