*What We're Looking For:*
* *Educational Background:* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering (advanced degrees are a plus).
* *Specialized Knowledge:* Focus on Control Systems, Robotics, or Real-Time Systems is advantageous.
* *Technical Skills:*
* Strong understanding of dynamic systems, electric drives, control systems, and axis systems.
* Experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
* Proficiency in C/C++ programming (preferred).
* Familiarity with configuration management tools like TFS and GIT (preferred).
* Knowledge of Real-Time software development processes (preferred).
* Experience in laboratory development environments (preferred).
