*Position Overview:*As a Multilingual Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for international patients and their families, helping them explore and access Sheba's cutting-edge medical services. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the primary liaison for international patients, offering support and guidance on treatment options.
* Manage client inquiries, appointments, and treatment coordination with Sheba’s medical teams.
* Maintain strong relationships with patients and ensure high-quality service throughout their healthcare journey.
* Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with international clients.

*Qualifications:*
* Full high school diploma (mandatory), Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Native-level proficiency in one or more of the following languages: *Spanish, English, Russian*.
* *Strong command of Hebrew* (mandatory).
* Previous experience in *sales, account management, or customer service* (strong advantage).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
