As an Analog Hardware Team Leader, you'll lead a team of hardware engineers developing the analog and communication circuits at the heart of SolarEdge's solar inverters and optimizers. You'll take your designs through the full R&D lifecycle: from concept and feasibility, through simulation, schematic design, and lab verification, all the way to mass production.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the technical bar for the team, mentor engineers in their day-to-day work, and partner closely with software, system, mechanical, and production teams to bring robust products to market. It's a great fit for someone who wants to stay deep in analog engineering while growing a team and shaping how we design.

What will you be doing?

Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of hardware engineers across analog circuit design, simulation, and testing.
Research, design, and develop analog and communication circuits, from requirements through to mass production.
Run lab characterization and verification of analog circuits using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other lab equipment.
Own design reviews and serve as the professional authority for the team's engineering discipline.
Collaborate with software, system, and production teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration and a smooth transfer to manufacturing.
Manage technical scope, schedule, risk, and product quality across your team's projects.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in discrete analog hardware and board design.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
Proven hands-on experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic loads.
Strong background in analog circuit design, including passive and active filters and op-amp topologies.
Experience with PCB layout
Knowledge of PSpice / LTspice simulators - an advantage.
Specialization in RF, communication, or power electronics - an advantage.
Programming skills in Python - an advantage.
