Mench is currently seeking a Client Management Replacement for the role of Raut Yaniv. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with our clients during a transitional period. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and address any concerns will be essential in navigating this period successfully. If you are a proactive and organized individual with experience in client management and a passion for providing exceptional service, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact during the transition.
Ensure that all client requests are addressed and fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project deliverables and timelines.
Monitor account performance and provide reports and insights to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling services or enhancing client engagements.

Requirements

Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess clients' needs and provide solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
