Python Developer for Algorithmic Group - AV Sensing

Which department will you join?
The AV sensing group is responsible for the critical and challenging task of object detection and scene comprehension using LiDARs and Radars sensors. The group's focus is on Deep Learning algorithms, classical Computer Vision, and Geometric Modeling algorithms. We are looking for an experienced Python developer to help us design and implement our large-scale platform using the most up-to-date technologies.
What will your job look like:
Design & develop software systems, such as: scalable data workflows, data manipulation & evaluation SDKs, and algorithmic solutions
Process 3D data from sensors such as lidar, radar, and cameras, as part of our data preparation & validation pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including deep learning & algorithm engineers, to align on requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in software development and integration

All you need is:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Python development
Experience with containerization (Docker), Python package managers (Conda, pip), CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.g. AWS)
Basic understanding of algorithms in the realm of geometry, computer vision, or similar
Proficiency in numerical and data science frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy
Solid understanding of Linux environments
Familiarity with distributed data processing at scale – Advantage
Knowledge of C++ – Advantage
