Commission Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our commission structure with a critical focus on business continuity and risk management. The role requires the ability to maintain operational resilience across changing and challenging business environments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience with commission structures, preferably in a digital banking or fintech environment.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, with a solid understanding of banking regulations impacting commission structures and pricing.

Responsibilities:

Conduct business analysis to optimize revenue, reduce losses, and identify improvement areas.
Manage the tariff update process, including pricing, financial forums, documentation, configurations, regulatory updates, and customer communications.
Ensure timely and automated collection of subscription fees and usage charges.
Experience in business continuity.
Maintain operational controls, including accurate fee collection and SMS notifications.
Monitor and address gaps from risk surveys, audits, and failure events, summarizing related damages or losses.
Define a framework for authorizations related to credits/refunds and consolidate total amounts.
