Technical Engineer
The Technical Engineer will assist the Installation Coordination team and the Technical Office with the control of the changes raised on site and the development of the technical solutions required by them. Reporting to the Technical Director, He/She will work in coordination with the Technical Office offshore and the Installation Coordination team onshore.

• Responsibilities:

To support the Technical Director with all technical activities required on site, including the Monthly Reports.
To assist the Installation Coordination team in the handover process between subsystems, and the recording of related documentation.
To lead the registry of the “site bulletins” with all changes and/or clarifications to the AFC (“Approved For Construction”) design required on site.
To coordinate the E&M Subsystems in the development of the Technical Solutions required for the “site bulletins.”
To monitor and control the development of the “As Built” documentation.

• Education: Engineer in the following fields: industry or telecommunications.
• Experience: 2 years on transportation projects.
• Requirements:

Technical knowledge and experience on railway E&M subsystems (among others: Power Supply, Overhead Contact Line, Telecommunications, Signaling & Train Control, Traffic Control, etc.).
Experience on railway projects.
Knowledge and experience in railway systems integration/interfaces (desirable).
Proactivity and dynamism.
Negotiation skills and the ability to reach agreements.
Customer-driven orientation.
High-level of English (other languages valuable for consideration).
