Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Mechanical NPI Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for developing and introducing new products to the market. As an NPI Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure the successful launch of new products. You will gain hands-on experience in the design, prototyping, and production of mechanical components, and support the transition from development to production.

Your role:

You identify, design, implement and validate manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiency

You will be driving make/buy decisions and be involved in supplier selection process

You are accountable for the process and equipment capability that meets these Requirements

You orchestrate design for lean manufacturing with accordance to PDLM/MLD inputs

You work on preparation & release of Mfg. DMR (Work instruction, PFMEA, Process validation documents etc.)

You take part in defining and implementing process manufacturing utilizing automatic machines (e.g. soldering, Pick & Place, curing, laser cutting)

You're the right fit if you have:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Practical Engineering degree or equivalent

Good understanding of production processes

relevant working experience in manufacturing environment

Fluent English- writing and verbal

Strong understanding of technical context and project management

Strong communication skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.
