Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.

Requirements:

A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in industrial Engineering, Information systems and similar or Bachelor's degree in Linguistics
A Passion for business, retail and commercial worlds
A Passion for languages
Excellent English – A Must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Highly proficient with MS Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy while working in a high paced environment
Excellent Technical Capabilities
Ability to work independently with self-management capabilities
Team player
Ability to thrive in a fast passed environment and learn quickly

About The Position:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Junior Research Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with technical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:

Perform business research on various information sources (external sources such as the web as well as internal materials, etc.)
Work closely with the product group to explore and enrich big data, and take part in new product evolution
Work closely with the technology units
Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective

Nice to have:

Financial services experience (banking, Credit Cards or insurance)
Familiarity with Python for data analysis
SQL skills
