Senior FP&A

Atera is looking for a Senior FP&A to join our incredible finance team!

Responsibilities

Support the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle by preparing accurate reports.
Partner with department leaders to conduct regular and detailed analyses of key metrics, including headcount, operating expenses (Opex), and business performance indicators, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Manage budget control processes to ensure effective expense management, P&L accuracy, and cash flow maintenance, identifying areas for cost optimization and financial efficiency.
Collaborate with the Accounting Team during period-end close to ensure accurate reporting.
Assist in preparation management reports with insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Support the business plan processes and prepare short- and long-range forecast updates and reporting.
Conduct benchmarking analysis to evaluate performance against industry standards.
Review and approve purchase orders, support procurement processes, and work alongside business partners.
Support financial projects through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience as an FP&A Analyst/ Business Analyst/Financial Analyst in a tech company. SaaS company an advantage
BA/BSc/MSc in a quantitative field
Analytical mind with exceptional attention to details
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent Excel and SQL abilities
