HRIS Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist to maintain and support our HR systems daily.

This role is focused on providing operational support to our Global HR team, ensuring data accuracy, system troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance to HR departments worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Provide daily support to various HR departments, both globally and locally, as well as end-users and collaborating with external providers across multiple HR systems, including ATS, LMS, and ERP modules.
Maintain and customize SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on operational tasks and system improvements.
Collaborate with HR teams to address their system needs, offering training and guidance to optimize system use.
Lead data migration and integration efforts focusing on practical solutions and support.
Provide continuous production support for system changes, conducting system testing, and resolving emerging issues.
Monitor and improve system performance by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Generate and analyze HRIS data to support HR operations and decision-making.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an HRIS role, with significant hands-on system support responsibilities.
Expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors and their integration with other systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, day-to-day support to HR users.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with HR teams and external providers.
High level of English.
Ability to train HR users and create clear user documentation.
