Strategic Implementation & ExecutionTranslate Strategy into actionable goals at business unit levelLead annual and multi-year strategic planning processesSynchronize across all business units + innovation unit and country GMs2. Performance Management & MetricsBuild and maintain dashboard based on BI-AITrack critical KPIs and ensure goal achievementEarly identification of gaps and initiate corrective actions3. Strategic Project ManagementLead cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide initiatives such as BI ai initiatives, KS products "divestment", challenging ZA business modelManage internal/external PMO for critical projectsYour Skills and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering/Business Administration/Economics), MBA - advantageExperience: 8-12 years, including:3-5 years in senior management roles (not necessarily people management)Experience in pharma/medical/Life Sciences industry - significant advantage but not criticalExperience in multinational companyBackground in strategic consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) – significant advantageHard Skills:Strategic thinking and high-level business analysis capabilitiesFull command of BI tools and data analysisComplex project managementDeep understanding of business processesNative-level English - requiredAlso Good to HaveAbility to influence without direct authorityExceptional communication skills - verbal and writtenAbility to navigate organizational challengesIndependence and initiative with ability to take ownershipHigh EQ and ability to work with diverse management personalitiesHow We’ll Take Care of YouAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
