We are looking for hands-on Software Development Manager to lead a multidisciplinary SW team focused on embedded and system-level software development for our secure connectivity products.

In this role, you’ll manage a highly skilled team working across embedded and full-stack SW development. You’ll guide architecture design, drive software delivery, and foster team growth in a collaborative, hands-on R&D environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead embedded software engineers developing on variety of MCUs/MPUs at bare metal, ThreadX and Linux environment
Lead FullStack software engineers developing modern Web applications
Drive delivery of high-quality, secure software for innovative hardware-based security products
Collaborate with product, hardware, and QA teams to define and deliver product releases
Mentor team members, perform design/code reviews, and foster best SW engineering practices
Balance people management and architecture oversight with hands-on technical contribution
What We’re Looking For
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded SW development
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional SW teams
Strong background in C/C++ and low-level development on ARM Cortex-M platforms
Solid background in embedded systems architecture design
Proven ability to manage multiple development streams and releases in parallel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A team builder who thrives in fast-paced, hardware-software integrated environments
Experience leading Agile development teams and working with iterative delivery cycles is an advantage
Experience in the following fields is an advantage: React, Android, STM32 and NXP i.MX MCUs/MPUs, ThreadX / AzureRTOS, Embedded Linux, USB stack, Video stack
