You’ll guide architecture design, drive software delivery, and foster team growth in a collaborative, hands-on R&D environment.What You’ll Be DoingLead embedded software engineers developing on variety of MCUs/MPUs at bare metal, ThreadX and Linux environmentLead FullStack software engineers developing modern Web applicationsDrive delivery of high-quality, secure software for innovative hardware-based security productsCollaborate with product, hardware, and QA teams to define and deliver product releasesMentor team members, perform design/code reviews, and foster best SW engineering practicesBalance people management and architecture oversight with hands-on technical contributionWhat We’re Looking ForBSc/MSc degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded SW development3+ years of experience leading cross-functional SW teamsStrong background in C/C++ and low-level development on ARM Cortex-M platformsSolid background in embedded systems architecture designProven ability to manage multiple development streams and releases in parallelExcellent communication and leadership skillsA team builder who thrives in fast-paced, hardware-software integrated environmentsExperience leading Agile development teams and working with iterative delivery cycles is an advantageExperience in the following fields is an advantage: React, Android, STM32 and NXP i.MX MCUs/MPUs, ThreadX / AzureRTOS, Embedded Linux, USB stack, Video stack
