Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the Data & AI Group, you will engage in collaboration with a diverse team comprising researchers, data engineers, software developers, and product specialists. Together, we tackle intricate challenges, delving into areas such as automatic knowledge-based understanding, entity recognition, and the development of innovative algorithmic models.
Take ownership of major building blocks of groundbreaking algorithmic solutions for the world's first multi-dimensional people-skills-jobs AI product.
Lead selected initiatives, taking ownership of the end-to-end agile process from ideation to production-grade implementation, continuously improving the company's algorithmic products.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable algorithmic projects.
Requirements:
BSc or M.sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
At least five years of experience as a Software Engineer working in a production environment.
Expertise with data engineering ecosystems, e.g. databases, data warehouses, and vectors DBs.
Expertise in designing and implementing algorithms from the discovery phase to production.
Experience with open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Advanced Python skills with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and a collaborative mindset.
Advantages:
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
