PURPOSE OF THE JOBYou are in charge of defining, planning and executing the full set of Supply Chain processes for your site, including industrial planning, materials planning & logistic operations.ORGANISATIONOrganisation structure (job belongs to..)Supply ChainReports directly to:For Industrial & Services site, Site Managing DirectorFor Installation site, Project Managing DirectorOther reporting to:Regional / Cluster Supply Chain ManagementDirect reports:Project Supply Chain ManagerIndustrial Planning ManagerMaterial Planning ManagerLogistic ManagerNetwork & LinksInternalProduction, Operations, Sourcing, Industrial, QualityHR, FinanceExternalVendorsLogistic providersMAIN RESPONSABILITIESStrategy:Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local strategyStandards (Process, Methods & Tools):Deploy standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentationManage deployment roadmap through the Regions / ClusterTransversal Process & Tools:Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validationHuman Resources:Deploy targeted organizationDeploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification pathIdentify World Class Manufacturing expertsDeploy robust supply chain culture at all levelsFinance:Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function costDefine & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiativesPerformance & DesignReach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targetsEnsure compliant on process review, auditsProvide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businessesManage the S&OP and MPS (Manufacturing sites),Support the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee.Manage process and activities related Industrial Planning, Project Supply Chain, Material Planning and supplier’s delivery performance and Logistics in coordination with the related departments.EHSEnsure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policiesMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational RequirementsMandatory:Graduated from University DegreeEnglish (negotiation level).
