We have an amazing QA team which is looking for a top-notch test architect. As an architect you’ll be working closely with the QA manager on exploring new test methodologies, defining new BKMs and KPI for the QA org and much more to transform the QA organization to the next level within Parallel Wireless.
What you'll do:
Supporting the QA manager in achieving their strategic goals for the QA organization by providing technical support to the manager and the team.
Define BKMs, KPI, documentation and guidelines to improve and standardize the QA work.
Design the testing strategy for the organization from development to post release activities.
Mentorship & training to first line managers and employees on new test methodologies, BKM, and tools to grow and develop the organization.
Optimization- work closely with QA & development management on identifying commonalities, bottlenecks and potential optimization to reduce investment and scale up the output.
Innovation - help foster innovation throughout the organization with inhouse and external methods/tools.
What you should have:
12 + years of experience in QA/validation, at least 3 years as an architect and at least 3 of them as a TL/PM
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test solutions, tools and processes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab CI)
Experience with defining and implementing testing strategies and leading cross org processes
Strong hands-on test and debug skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly proactive
Accountable, taking end-to-end ownership as a personal trait
Experience in working with various AI/ML solutions - Advantage
Education:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
