Network / System Administrator – Field & Projects

Role Description

We are looking for a *Network / System Administrator – Field & Projects* to join our IT team in Or Yehuda.
This is a hands-on role combining *on-site field work*, *IT projects*, *user and system administration*, and *network management* in Microsoft-based environments.

The role includes managing user environments, *Active Directory*, *Microsoft 365*, *Azure Cloud*, and *network infrastructure*, providing advanced end-user support, and leading IT projects from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* On-site field work providing IT and network support
* Managing *Active Directory*, users, groups, permissions, and GPOs
* Administration of *Microsoft 365* (Exchange Online, Entra ID / Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Working with *Azure Cloud* and hybrid environments
* Configuration and troubleshooting of *network infrastructure*

(switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)

* Monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues
* Leading and executing IT and networking projects end-to-end
* Collaborating with internal teams and customers

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a *Network / System Administrator* in a field-based role
* Strong experience with *Active Directory* and user management
* Solid knowledge of *Microsoft 365* administration
* Experience working with *Azure Cloud*
* Good understanding of *networking concepts and infrastructure*
* Hands-on troubleshooting skills for network and system issues
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
* Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
