Hybrid Position at Netanya or Beer Sheva | Israel
*What you’ll do:*
* Build, lead, and support a team of software and algorithm engineers to deliver features on time
* Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape the roadmap
* Architect and implement complex systems across front-end and back-end
* Establish coding standards, review code, and promote best practices
* Identify and remove blockers to keep the team productive and motivated
*What we expect from you:*
* Experience managing multidisciplinary software teams
* Strong coding skills in both *React* and *C++*
* Ability to make technical decisions balancing quality, performance, and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team-building mindset
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
