Sales Specialist R&D

DESCRIPTION

abra R&D is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our R&D sales team.

This role focuses on project-based sales in advanced real-time embedded systems – not outsourcing or headcount-based services.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new project opportunities in industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, telecommunications, consumer electronics and more.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, customer engagement, solution presentation, proposals and closing.
Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to deliver tailored project solutions.
Build strong long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.

Requirements:

3–4 years of proven experience in technical/project-based sales from the R&D domain – must.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Business-level Hebrew & English (written and spoken).
Relevant academic background (Engineering / Business / related field).
