In this role, you will work with a variety of disciplines and products, developing software and firmware at the Wi-Fi MAC Level. You will lead a team of experienced wifi FW engineers - developing connectivity logic for 802.11 protocols and more. Description
As a Wi-Fi MAC Firmware Team Leader, your contributions will include the following: Managing a team of wifi Firmware engineers, Technically leading the design and implementation of Wi-Fi and 802.11 MAC Level features. Planning and tracking execution of your team members. Technically leading performance optimizations and problem solving of Wi-Fi connectivity . Deep involvement in firmware architecture design, and system level requirements from top-level down to block level. Gain deep understanding of the iOS/OSX wifi operation and its interaction with the Wi-Fi firmware. This role requires high sense of responsibility, leadership and ability to work in team. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with developing mobile products and protocols, Wi-Fi, BT, Cellular, etc
Experience using other common programming languages, such as Objective- C, Java, C++, Python
Experience with ARM micro-controllers and/or RTOS based development

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Embedded software/firmware team management of at least 4 people - Mandatory
Experience with Wi-Fi/802.11 protocol development - Mandatory
Experience and proficiency in C development - Mandatory
Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills
Independent, highly motivated, with good interpersonal skills
B.Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or technically equivalent field is required","internalDetails":null,"eeoContent":null
