In this role, you will develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies that enhance our clients’ brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As Junior Marketing Communications Manager, you will:

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans for diverse clients.
Create compelling content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials that align with client goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform communication strategies.
Manage and optimize social media presence, engaging with audiences to build brand loyalty.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to demonstrate effectiveness.
Support event planning and execution to promote client brands.

To be a successful Junior Marketing Communications Manager at Marcomit, you’ll need to:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
