‍Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of StoreDot's cutting-edge technology into existing production lines worldwide:
- End-to-end Project management, from initiation to steady-state production, serving as the focal point for production accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, product development, and supply chain to ensure flawless operations.
- Implement methods for seamless technology integration, while optimizing production efficiency.
Build and enhance the New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within the company:
- Develop and implement leading practices for NPI projects within the company, covering processes, structures, frameworks, tools, work methodologies, and documents such as control plans and bill of material (BOM).
- Proactively align NPI processes with company goals, contributing to the realization of our product vision.
Establish and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers at various organizational levels.
- Actively engage and communicate with manufacturing partners to facilitate collaboration and address issues.
- Foster strong partnerships to enhance production capabilities and achieve mutual success.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Hold a B.Sc in Engineering in a related field.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management and production planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in optimizing NPI processes
Demonstrate experience in successfully managing subcontractors.
Navigate and facilitate collaborative efforts within a globalized manufacturing environment.
Exhibit familiarity with diverse manufacturing methodologies and logistical activities.
a comprehensive understanding of production processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Showcase strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
Ability to work fluently in English, both written and verbal.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
