Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Inquiry Management & ResponseTriage and prioritize incoming requests based on urgency levels for equipment, cleaning, maintenance, infrastructure repairs, defects, and safety issuesEstablish clear response protocols with defined timeframes for different priority levelsMaintain comprehensive tracking system for all service requests from initiation to completionIssue Resolution & CoordinationIndependently resolve routine maintenance inquiries within established authority limitsCoordinate with specialized contractors, vendors, and internal departments for complex issuesMaintain updated contact database of qualified service providers and emergency contactsEscalation & CommunicationPromptly notify facility management of critical malfunctions requiring professional intervention or capital expenditure approvalProvide detailed incident reports with cost estimates and recommended solutionsEnsure clear communication channels between management, tenants, and service providersQuality Assurance & OversightDevelop and distribute clear work instructions and safety protocols for maintenance activitiesMonitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with building standards and regulationsConduct post-completion inspections to verify work quality and tenant satisfactionAsset Management & ProcurementOversee equipment specification, sourcing, and installation processesMaintain inventory management systems for critical spare parts and suppliesCoordinate vendor selection, contract negotiations, and project timelines for equipment installationsIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
