Backend Team Leader

We are looking for a Backend Team Leader
The team is responsible for the operation, synchronization and management of a wide range of systems and capabilities within the Cyber Division.
End-To-End responsibility for critical systems at the heart of the value chain, including architecture planning, development stage and ongoing maintenance.
Leading an experience and diverse software development team including personal and professional mentoring, recruiting new team members' building a work-plan and enforce it's execution etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related areas.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing BE systems, focusing on C#/ JAVA.
Prior experience in managing technology projects and/or leading software development teams.
Experience with designing and developing micro service-based architectures
Familiarity with Python.
