Talent Sourcer – 1343

RAD is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join Human Resources team in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv.

This role includes full responsibility for sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates, managing recruitment activities on LinkedIn using LinkedIn Recruiter, and providing administrative support for the department’s day-to-day operations.

Location: Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option once a week.

Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of sourcing activities and candidate identification for a variety of positions across the organization.
Manage and operate LinkedIn recruitment efforts, including ongoing use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
Identify and develop new talent pipelines and additional sourcing channels.
Publish job openings across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in sourcing and recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Familiarity with the high-tech industry and technical terminology.
Strong initiative, creativity, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills.
