RADCOM is on the hunt for an R&D Team Leader to play a pivotal role in the expansion of our MEA solution.

This solution equips manufacturers of Connected Cars and mobile network operators with an innovative suite of tools designed to analyze and enhance the experience of connected journeys. It continuously monitors voice and data usage patterns across all subscribers, identifying any network issues that may negatively impact both subscribers and connected vehicles. Employing AI and sophisticated Machine Learning algorithms, it integrates key parameters to determine how these network experiences influence subscribers.

The role involves working with a large-scale, intricate data processing system that incorporates a diverse range of technologies.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and management R&D core team.

Responsible for the development of MEA core product.

Work closely with AVP R&D, and

Set clear team goals and KPIs

Delegate tasks and set project deadlines

Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance

Required:

2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role

At least 5 years experience in BE development

Experience with Agile/Scrum software development practices.

Experience in developing an enterprise solutions

Experience with cloud base services (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Hands on experience in Java, spring boot, spring web services, databases and Angular.

Familiar with Linux operation system.

Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins) – advantage.

Experience with Scala/Python – advantage.
