Description

abra R&D id seeking an experienced ALM Team Lead - Azure DevOps.

We're seeking an experienced ALM Lead to manage our Azure DevOps environment for a leading defense company.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Azure DevOps/TFS environment, including platform capabilities, development processes, and project lifecycle management
Configure new TFS projects, including requirements management, work item relationships, backlogs, test plans, bug tracking, query development, and dashboard creation
Implement and customize development methodologies across different teams (Software Development, Systems Engineering, Integration, Testing, and Project Management)
Design and implement KPIs and dashboards integrating data from multiple systems
Define requirements for Azure DevOps tool development
Provide guidance and consulting to various stakeholders including Systems Engineers, Development teams, Software Managers, QA, Project Managers, and Technical Leads
Lead training initiatives, knowledge management, and implementation activities
Drive process improvement and organizational change
Manage subcontractors
Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, including deep expertise in platform capabilities (mandatory)
Proven experience in project configuration, dashboard creation, requirements management, work item linking, sprint management, complex query development, test case management, and bug tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in development projects
Deep understanding of development methodologies, particularly Agile practices
Strong systems thinking and process solution development capabilities
Experience in requirements definition and systems design
Familiarity with supporting tools for requirements management, testing, and issue tracking
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and service orientation
Training development and delivery capabilities
Experience in implementing new work methodologies, development processes, or leading systematic change
