We are a global company located in TLV, Israel, and California, USA, driving the growth of resilient farms through pioneering technology and a friendly user experience.Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our bookkeeping in our amazing finance department .Our ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and adept at working with numbers, with a talent for overseeing financial operations with hands-on responsibilities. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our IL and US books.Responsibilities - what you will be doing:Manage and oversee all bookkeeping activities across our IL and US entities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes for global consistencyPlay a key role in the monthly closing process including preparation of cut-off journal entries, account reconciliations and related analyses for balance sheet and income statement accountsAssist with Cash flow managementPrepare and review periodic tax filings, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations for each jurisdictionDevelop and implement standardized bookkeeping processes and policies across all entitiesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, including automation of bookkeeping tasksProvide training and development opportunities for the bookkeeping teamAd-hoc projects as requiredRequirements:Requirements:Certified Bookkeeper type 35 +years of Bookkeeping experience in a global High-tech companyExperience with a global ERP system NetSuite - a mustEnglish - high proficiency (both spoken and written)Strong Excel skillsTeam player and service orientedWell organized approach: High attention to details, independent, motivated Good technical orientation, able to work in a rapidly changing environmentAdvantages:Experience with Dokka and MeshFamiliarity with transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliationsPrevious experience in an industrial company
