Join a small and impactful team driving key parts of Redis infrastructure.

Take ownership in developing and maintaining the Redis Cluster Manager – our powerful UI for managing Redis Enterprise clusters.

Build and support critical tooling for both customers and internal teams.

Work with microservices written in Go and Python.

Focus on full-stack development – from backend APIs to frontend UIs.

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on engineer who enjoys end-to-end feature ownership and making real impact.

What You'll Do
Develop significant flows on the Redis on-prem management platform
Develop and implement supporting tools to enhance the success of the on-premises platform.
Improve existing code and drive it to excellence, testability, and CI.
Research new technologies and methodologies and integrate them into the Redis platform.
What You'll Need
2+ years of experience as a software engineer
Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying in production
Self-directed, ambitious, and eager to learn new skills and technologies
Fluent English speaker
Extra great if you have:
Extra great if you have:
Hands-on experience with our core tech stack: TypeScript, React, Express / Fastify
Experience with Generative AI tools.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment tooling (e.g., GitHub actions, Argo CD, Kubernetes, etc.)
