Customer Support Specialist

The position responsibilities include:

· Maintain and support customers that are using operating programmable controllers

· Remote and hands-on support

· Working with R&D and engineering department on product troubleshooting and improvements

· Solving technical problem across multiple technologies

Education and Experience Required:

· Education and experience in computers, networks, IT and electronics

· Experience with customer support

· Experience with web applications

· Experience with Zendesk is an advantage

· Poultry farm management knowledge – advantage

· Linux knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required:

· Team player

· Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage

· Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment

· High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems

· Ability to independently complete solution implementations

· Excellent customer-facing skills

· Working on weekend – if required
