Backend Team lead

As a backend team lead at XM Cyber you'll play a major role developing a high scale multi-tenant product based on microservices and event-driven architecture, top notch frameworks and tools, running on kubernetes and in the cloud.Your role:

Design, develop, and maintain our high scale, multi tenant backend
Work closely with various teams across the organization to find the optimal solutions to the most complex challenges
Plan projects and prioritize tasks in order deliver new features on time
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code according to best practices
Mentor junior developers on how to build great systems and progress with their careers.

Requirements:

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in backend development
3 years of experience in team leadership.
3+ years or more in Node.js, Java or other JVM based language - MUST
Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures
Experience using Kafka/equivalent queue broker in high scale
Experience with event driven architecture - Advantage
Experience with Apache Flink - Advantage
Experience in relational databases - Advantage
