Payroll Accountant

Innoviz is looking for a talented hands-on Payroll Accountant to join our Finance department. The Payroll Accountant will report to the Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities

Preparation and processing of monthly payroll for ~400 employees in Israel
Monitoring payroll for a couple of dozen employees in a few subsidiaries abroad
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of approved timesheets
Tracking and execution of all special payroll deductions
Process new employees and employment termination paperwork
Effectively respond to employees regarding payroll questions and maintain a high level of service and confidentiality
Support ad-hoc tasks per need

Requirements:

Certified Payroll Controller
3-5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process
Prior knowledge of Foreign Payroll is an advantage
Deep Knowledge of Israeli labor laws, taxes & social security
Experience in working with “HASHAVIM” or “HILAN”
Deep knowledge of Excel
Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, and function as a team player
Ability to solve issues independently and escalate per need
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
Motivated, fast learner, dedicated and responsible.
English at a high standard.
Previous experience in a multinational company - an advantage.
Bachelor's degree – an advantage
