FP&A Analyst

MyHeritage is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll support our Finance department with various tasks, including planning and budgeting processes, quarterly and yearly reporting, and providing forecasts and variance analysis. The role is very broad — you will get exposure to all finance-related aspects of the company and will have the opportunity to build procedures, controls, and reports.

Responsibilities

Managing the AR reconciliation process
Participating in the preparation of a detailed annual budget
Ongoing tracking of budget vs. actual in-depth analysis
Working closely with the relevant managers to develop budget monitoring tools and reports
Taking ownership of the PO system and being a focal point for all aspects related to it
Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
Participating in a variety of tasks and ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Accounting (CPA is an advantage)
Previous experience working in the finance department — big advantage
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
High level of English, both verbal and written
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
