*About the Role*

Manhattan Mental Health Counseling is scaling fast — and we’re seeking an elite AI Workflow Specialist to architect, build, and maintain a suite of intelligent automations across our operations. From onboarding and payroll triggers to Slack notifications and milestone tracking, you’ll eliminate manual work and replace it with elegant, self-healing systems.

We’re looking for a Zapier/Make/Airtable automation expert with a mind for system design, a talent for logic, and a passion for scalable execution. This role is remote and requires strong English fluency.

*Responsibilities*
* Design and build automated workflows across onboarding, pay rate changes, Slack/email notifications, billing triggers, and KPI alerts
* Integrate tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Gusto, PracticeQ, Google Workspace, Slack, and MedTrainer
* Maintain structured Airtable bases and link automations to dashboards and logic fields
* Build robust automations with fallback logic, error handling, and alerts for failure conditions
* Collaborate with leadership to translate business logic into trigger-based automation systems
* Document systems clearly for scaling and handoff

*What You Bring*
* 3 years hands-on experience building Zapier or Make workflows at scale
* Advanced Airtable experience (formulas, linked bases, conditional logic, automations)
* Experience connecting third-party systems via APIs or low-code tools
* Strong systems thinking and a bias toward clean architecture
* Excellent English communication and self-management skills
* Bonus: Experience with healthcare tech, therapist-facing systems, or Gusto/PracticeQ integration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14,008.00₪ - 20,275.00₪ per month
