We are looking for an Office Admin to provide our corporate TLV location with an empowering Workplace Experience. You will report to our Regional Workplace Manager, as you take the lead for all Workplace Services for the local team, visiting Remitlians and partners.
You Will:
Partner with IT, HR and the business to onboard employees onsite and remotely.
Be the first point of contact at the front desk, overseeing daily office operations and creating a welcoming environment.
Oversee visitor inflow, including Remitlians from other locations, partners, vendors, candidates, and others.
Resolve office-related requests, trouble tickets and inquiries.
Monitor for and address security needs.
Implement the location's Health and FreeFit Program, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Remitly standards.
Procure office equipment and supplies.
Coordinate vendors for food, beverage, catered meals, events, deliveries and maintenance.
Inspect the office to ensure it is always well-maintained and in impeccable condition.
Process mail and shipping.
Audit office equipment and supply inventory, tracking assets and usage.
You Have:
BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years service experience in facilities or property management, corporate services or equivalent from Hitech industry.
2+ years of proven project management experience with small-to-medium projects- advantage.
Demonstrated understanding of building systems, equipment, safety, and compliance requirements.
Experience with facilities management software and ticketing systems.
Ability to manage small to medium-scale projects (e.g., office moves, renovations).
