Correctors Manager

We are looking for a Correctors Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily work of the correctors team.

Major areas of responsibility:

ZRM mailbox

Ensure that the team's work in mailbox is carried out in the best way.
Ensure that all required goals (kpi’s) are met.
(First response / completed in SLA completed after 48 hours.)
Monitor the quality of emails handled by the team.

GSS

Maintain daily communication with the GSS to support and help solve problems.
Improving work processes with the GSS.
To ensure good customer experience regarding the Draft process.

Routines Management

Weekly meetings
Monthly meetings
Once a month personal meeting with the employee
BI & Tableau reports

Knowledge

Improving the professional knowledge of the team (training sessions)
Share guidelines in work process

Requirements:

Academic education – a must
3 years of experience in work processes
Experience in management – an advantage
High level of spoken and written English – mandatory
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High level of Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge in BI & Tableau reports – advantage
Knowledge of ZRM system - advantage
Experience in working with the GSS – advantage
Ability to present in front of an audience
