About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer-facing skills to manage and grow relationships with our strategic partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring partner success, fostering collaboration, and driving adoption of our SaaS solutions. This role requires someone who is both technically adept and has excellent communication and coordination skills, as they will bridge the gap between customers, product management, and R&D.

Requirements
Strong Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of our product to provide technical insights and solutions effectively.
Presentation Skills: Ability to run engaging and informative demos for our customers.
Product Insight & Collaboration: Capability to gather product requirements from customers, relay them to internal teams (e.g., Product Managers), and influence the product roadmap.
Strategic Coordination: Understanding of our company’s roadmap to assist the Release Manager in aligning customer needs with development timelines.
Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Experience working closely with R&D to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
