Senior Digital Verification Manager

Job Description

Managing verification group (about 15 engineers).
Manger of managers/team-leaders
Managing verification for connectivity chips, containing WiFi, BLE, SOC (e.g., ARM, AMBA, DMA, peripherals, etc)
Main verification language: UVM
System level understanding – Translating system spec to verification plan.
Discussing with different groups (architecture, digital-design, SW, analog) and come up with a verification plan
Striving and insisting on a good coverage.

Qualifications

BSc / MSc. in Electrical Engineering
Managing expertise: group manager, manager of managers
Experience in managing offshore teams
>10 years’ experience in digital verification
>10 years’ experience in UVM
Experience in gate-level-simulations
Knowledge and experience in wireless connectivity (e.g., WiFi, BT, Cellular) – an advantage
Very good communication skills and human relations
Pusher, striving for a good coverage, should raise-flag and “fight” for guarantee a good coverage
High motivation
