Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for a Warehouse supervisor. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers to ensure efficient and safe storage and distribution of goods. The role requires the ability to coordinate and plan the movement of products and materials through the establishment, in addition to supervisory duties that include managing staff, scheduling, and monitoring workloads.

Job Location:

Dimona located in the southern part of Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest location in the world.

The factory in Dimona is the oldest in Vishay, having been established in 1986.

What you will be doing:

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility.
Ensure that all inventory is received, stored, and distributed according to established procedures.
Oversee the accuracy of inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure that all personnel adhere to established safety procedures.
Supervise the work of warehouse personnel, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures, including safety protocols, proper handling of materials, and use of equipment.
Monitor warehouse equipment and infrastructure to ensure that it remains in good working order.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you will bring along:

Prior experience in warehouse management or a related field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and regulations
Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent, with training or certification in warehouse management or logistics preferred.
