DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service Coordinator will drive retention and growth among our most valuable partners- customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
In addition, he will follow their performances on a daily basis (accounts, traffic , ect), and be updated on their work. Being able to understand their outcomes (numbers on a business).
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years in a Customer Service , Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
Experience in an online marketing company
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail oriented
Strong analytical skills
Experience with Excel preferred
Comfort in a startup environment, we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
