C&B and Salary Control Student

We are looking for a C&B and Salary Control student that will execute all monthly global salary controls and to support C&B team members with ongoing tasks (Budget preparation, salary data base building, Salary Analytics)

Salary Control & Ongoing C&B support

Monthly salary Controls:

Downloading salary reports and analyzing the gaps of Approved payment vs. actual payments.
Reviewing by person all exceptions, and providing answers to all gaps found
Meeting with countries to share insights and results.
Find red flags and report directly to C&B Manager
Prepare a monthly summary with all findings.

Support per need with ongoing C&B Projects:

HR Budget
Collection of global Benefits and Payroll regulation data
C&B ongoing tasks

Requirements:

Academy Education- Student of economics – at least 1 year remaining
Excellent control of office tools, Excel in particular
High control of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
Data and details oriented
