Project Manager

Seeking an experienced, mission-driven Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a multifaceted digital advocacy initiative. This role will oversee all operations, media production workflows, partnerships, and content distribution efforts aimed at shifting global narratives about Israel through strategic storytelling, rapid response capabilities, and first-person voices from Israel. Initially, this position is for a 6 month project but it can lead to a longer term depending on the results. Program Oversight & Execution Translate strategic vision into detailed, actionable project plans with clear timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs. Supervise staff of five and manage daily operations and ensure full integration of creative, editorial, digital, and logistical teams. Rapid Response Infrastructure Build and manage a 24/7 digital monitoring and media response team to identify, analyze, and respond to disinformation and trending narratives. Oversee translation, fact-checking, and the production of short-form video clips designed to intervene in real-time online discourse. Content and Platform Development Supervise the development and maintenance of a comprehensive news website and digital content library. Ensure robust text and video content distribution across social media platforms. Engagement and Event Production Coordinate leadership missions, VIP day tours, and high-impact appearances at major conferences. Track audience engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact among targeted demographics. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in project management, media production, communications, advocacy, or a related field. Fluent in English and Hebrew with high level management skills.
