Junior QA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the testing and quality assurance of our CRM platform, ensuring it is reliable, user-friendly, and free of defects. Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Report and track bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide feedback on quality issues and testing progress.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur in new releases.
Continuously learn and apply new testing methodologies and tools to improve the QA process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in a QA role.
Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
