Description

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in abra's Salesforce Division.

An exciting opportunity to drive sales and business relationships in our growing Salesforce practice. The role focuses on staffing, outsourcing solutions, and project expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem

- Identify and secure new business opportunities for Salesforce professionals placement

- Manage end-to-end sales processes

- Collaborate with EVP of salesforce solutions on tender preparations and submissions

- Create and present business proposals and value propositions to clients

- Expand existing accounts and identify growth opportunities

- Monitor market trends in the Salesforce industry to identify new opportunities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT industry software\business applications and professional services
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing and staff augmentation models
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
Strong negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
