We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations. This is a temporary position for a period of 6-8 months with the opportunity to become a permanent role

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable, including processing bills, creating new vendors, and generating purchase orders (POs)
Handle credit card transactions and reconciliations
Process accounts receivable (AR) receipts
Prepare journal entries
Support additional ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or 3
Minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience (experience in a high-tech company is a strong advantage)
Experience with NetSuite and/or Concur – a significant advantage
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Proficient English communication skills – both verbal and written
Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
Team player with a service-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
